If I get less nicotine per cigarette I smoke, won't I make up the difference by smoking more cigarettes?
Not necessarily. It is a common question, but any increase in the number of cigarettes you "light up" will disappear within a week or so.
If you have questions, E-mail them to me (Dr. Z) and I will post both your question and my answer on this page;
Can I smoke when I am driving?.
Questions.Answers.
Sure. But be careful that you don't poke yourself when you are poking your smoke. You can always pull off to the side and poke your smoke, light up, and continue-- but you must poke before you smoke
What happens if I forget or lose my pin?
You must poke before you smoke. Find something with a point on it and poke your smoke. Folks have used pins on jewelery, paperclips, earring posts, and pocketknives (to name a few). No matter what-- you must poke before you smoke-- no exceptions. Losing your pin is not an excuse not to poke. If you come up with a new device to poke, E-mail it to Dr. Z
