Explanation of Rule 7:
You must increase the number of POKES at least two (2) POKES per week
Weaning yourself off of the drug portion of your habit, and building up the PITA effect to control the behavioral portion require you to slowly increase the number of pokes in your smokes.  Too many people who have tried PBYS have failed because they "set their own pace" of increasing the number of pokes.  They interpreted this as "no increase" for weeks at a time.  Some got to about 5 pokes and did not increase the number, and finally just quit poking.  To allow PBYS to effectively dreal with your habit, it is necessary for you to steadly increase the number of pokes in your smoke and the optimum increase seems to be about 2 per week. Those who have increased the number of pokes 2 or more a week have successfully conquered their habit.  Those who did not had a much harder time with it, and many failed.  Therefore, I have added this rule to facilitate all PBYS users in mastering their smoking habit.
